Important Dates for New Families

LOWER SCHOOL - Important Dates for New Students and Their Families 

  •  Class rolls will be sent via email the week of August 1st.
     

  •  Summer reading requirements and skills packets are posted by grade level, on the Trinity website, under the Parents and Students tab and may be accessed here. These assignments should be completed by Wednesday, August 9th, the first day of school.
     

  • Drop by and meet your teacher on Monday, August 7th from 5:30 – 6:30 at Wildcat Welcome.
     

  • The first day of the 2023-24 school year is Wednesday, August 9th from 8:00 - 11:30. Students usually begin arriving about 7:30. You are welcome to come in with your child and take pictures on this special day.
     

  • Prayer Breakfast for K3 - K5 parents will be on Wednesday, August 9th (invitation to follow).
     

  • Trinity will be closed on Thursday, August 17th for faculty in-service.
     

  • PTO (Parent Teacher Organization) night is Tuesday, August 22nd at 5:00.
     

  • Parent coffee for new students is Friday, August 25th at 8:00.
     

  • School Supplies are bought for lower school students and will be in your child’s classroom on the first day of school. These supplies include sleep mats for K3-K5.
     

  • School uniform requirements are posted on the Trinity website and may be accessed here. Please review the specific requirements for your child’s grade.
     

  • Come and support the Wildcats on Friday, September 1st. Enjoy food trucks and inflatables beginning at 5:00 and cheer on Trinity’s varsity football team at 7:00.
     

  • Trinity will observe the Labor Day holiday on Monday, September 4th and will be closed on Tuesday, September 5th for faculty in-service.


MIDDLE/UPPER SCHOOL - Important Dates for New Students and Their Families

  • 6th grade orientation is Thursday, August 3rd at 9:00 in Willett Hall. Students will receive their laptops, lockers and class schedule.
     

  •  New student orientation for grades 7th – 12th will be on Thursday, August 3rd at 1:00 in Willett Hall. Students will receive their laptops, lockers and class schedules at this time.
     

  • Summer reading requirements and math packets are posted on the Trinity website and should be completed by the first day of school on Wednesday, August 9th. School will begin at 8:40 and dismiss at 12:05.
     

  • A breakfast for new students grades 7 - 12 will be hosted by Trinity Ambassadors on Wednesday, August 9th, in the ms/us library at 8:00.
     

  • Trinity will be closed on Thursday, August 17th for faculty in-service.
