How to Apply


We are excited you’re considering Trinity Presbyterian School! Our admissions process is designed to help us get to know your family while guiding you through each step with care and clarity.

 

Apply Now in Four Simple Steps

1. Create an Account

Begin by clicking the “Create an Account” tab on our application portal. You’ll set up a username and password. After completing this step, a verification email will be sent to confirm your account.

2. Start the Application

Once your account is verified, log in to begin your application. You may work at your own pace—your progress is saved automatically. A green checkmark will indicate completion of each section.

3. Review, Submit and Pay Fee

When all required sections are complete, click “Review & Submit.” A non-refundable $50 application fee per applicant is required at the time of submission.


4. Submit Required Documents

 Checklist items vary by grade level. Please review the details below to ensure all necessary documents and steps are completed.


Grade-Level Requirements

K3, K4, K5 Applicants

Parent Tour: Schedule a campus visit through the Admissions Office by emailing or using the Calendly link on our website.

Playground/Readiness Assessment: After your application is submitted, the Admissions Office will schedule a readiness playgroup session.

Grades 1–12 Applicants

Parent/Student Tour: Contact the Admissions Office via email or the Calendly link to schedule a tour.

Transcript and Attendance Records: Submit an unofficial transcript (e.g., final report card) along with an updated attendance record.

Admission Assessment (Grades 2–12): All applicants must complete an entrance exam. A testing fee applies and assessments are scheduled through the Admissions Office.

Recommendation Forms (Grades K5–12): Online recommendation forms should be completed by the current principal or academic teacher.

Parent/Student Interview (Grades 6–12): Once all required documents are received, the Admissions Office will reach out to schedule an interview.

K5 and 1st Grade Applicants

Psychological Evaluation: A psychological evaluation is required. Trinity accepts results from:

  • Dr. JoAnne Ray
  • Dr. Sheree Bodiford

Appointments are scheduled directly with the provider. The accepted tests include the WPPSI or WISC.
