Counseling and Support
Student Support and Counseling at Trinity
At Trinity, we believe education is about more than academics—it’s about developing the whole child in mind, body, and spirit. Through intentional counseling programs, character-building lessons, and a strong support system, we guide students through every stage of growth, helping them gain confidence, build resilience, and grow in faith.
Whether in Lower School, Middle School, or High School, Trinity students have access to mentorship, emotional and social development opportunities, and one-on-one support, all within a Christ-centered environment.
Upper School Counseling
Our full-time counselor maintains an open-door policy, allowing students to seek support at any time during the school day. Whether a student needs encouragement, guidance, or someone to talk to, Trinity ensures they always have a safe space to be heard and supported.
Middle and High School Advisory
Navigating middle and high school is an exciting yet challenging time. At Trinity, weekly Advisory meetings provide students with a safe space to check in, grow in self-awareness, and develop strong relationships with peers and faculty. Small groups, divided by grade and gender, help students feel supported while engaging in social-emotional learning, character development, and spiritual growth.
More than anything, we want Trinity students to graduate with confidence in who God created them to be, knowing they are equipped academically, emotionally, and spiritually for their next steps.
Lower School Counseling
Building Strong Foundations in K5 – 5th Grade
The early years are critical for shaping a child’s character, emotional intelligence, and faith. At Trinity, our Lower School Counseling program is designed to walk alongside students as they grow and navigate new challenges in a nurturing, Christ-centered environment.
Students participate in monthly lessons covering topics such as:
- Managing feelings and emotions
- Goal setting and career exploration
- Developing a grateful and giving heart
- Communication and listening skills
- Tattling vs. reporting and conflict resolution
- Manners and respect for others
- And more!
Beyond group lessons, small group and individual counseling is also available at the request of parents, teachers, and/or students.
At Trinity, your child won’t just be known—they will be supported, encouraged, and empowered to grow into the person God created them to be.
